As immigrant sisters and mothers, we initially pursued careers in Engineering and Architecture in Canada—safe, practical paths that offered stability. Yet, beneath the surface, there was an undeniable pull toward the arts. Combining our organizational precision with creative vision, we chose to honour that calling. In 2020—just months before the pandemic—we established You and I Paint™ Inc., balancing entrepreneurship while raising four toddlers.
Navigating survival through the pandemic’s colour zones was no small feat. We operated legally and safely throughout the red, orange, and yellow phases, adapting with resilience and heart.
Today, You and I Paint™ is proudly Canadian—one of the very few sip-and-paint businesses in the country with true Canadian roots. With a team of ten remarkable women, our award-recognized company now offers both online and in-person experiences set against breathtaking backdrops across the Golden Horseshoe region of Ontario and in British Columbia.
We are deeply grateful to have been granted the 40 Under Forty Business Awards – Business Link Media and to have our story shared on CHCH News, OMNI News, Breakfast Television, and other media platforms. These features are a reflection of the community that has supported us from the very beginning.
